Please note: Candidate applications for the Saturday, October 23, 2010 test administration must be received at address above no later than Friday, October 4, 2010.

After October 4, applications must be submitted directly to IAI and received by IAI by October 8, 2010.

Late Applications:
Before submitting a late application, please call the training site to verify if there are any remaining openings in the class. Applications received after the application deadline above, but at least 4 business days prior to the exam are subject to a $50 late fee. This fee must be included with the late application. These late applications must be sent directly to IAI and be received by 5 P.M. EST on Monday October 18, 2010 or they will not be processed and the candidate will not be able to sit for the examination.
